Our Staff are what make us different. Each member of the Service Team is trained in every area of Infrastructure support. This allows our staff to resolve the majority of service requests without passing the request onto a colleague and interrupting progress by seeking assistance from colleagues. We understand that our staff are our most important asset and that is why we continuously invest in them through our continous improvement program.

Our service desk structure ensures that calls will be resolved quickly and efficiently and escalated at appropriate times within agreed priority levels and service agreement response times. Our service team realise the importance of communication and the client is kept informed of progress on service requests until they are managed to completion. Our service requests remain open until the client has instructed the service team that they are satisfied with the solution implemented.
